The Wacky Woo Show with Jay Weidner & JC: Red October Special Report
Jay Weidner joins JC to explore The Gate Program, psychic children, remote viewing, Space Force, disclosure, AI, and the Red October predictions. Dive into the conspira
Summary of the October 18, 2026 broadcast of The Wacky Woo on Beyond Mystic. Host JC interviewed filmmaker and author Jay Weidner. The claims below are those of the speakers. They were not independently verified during the broadcast.
Overview
Host JC opened the Red October special report by describing October 2026 as a period of rapid events. Weidner stated that "mental illness has gotten loose in the world" and described a "takeover by the tech bros." The discussion covered four areas:
- A predicted social split between awake and asleep populations
- The documentary The Gate Program and its claims about psychic testing of children
- Space Force, disclosure, and artificial intelligence
- Economic instability, possible collapse scenarios, and personal preparation
Current Events and the "Great Bifurcation"
Weidner predicted a sharp social division. He called it "the great bifurcation." He stated that people who are "asleep" would become more angry and unstable. People who are "awake" would form a separate group.
He argued that the new world would be high-technology based. In his view, people who do not understand technology would fail to function in it. JC added that the transition would affect AI, changes in the workforce, careers, and cryptocurrency.
JC cited the 1980s predictions of Terence McKenna, who warned that things would become "so weird you're not going to believe it." Weidner stated that McKenna's statement was now more accurate than at the time he made it.
Cliff High's Report
Both speakers had read or discussed a recent report by Cliff High. Weidner said he had ordered the report and had not yet read it. He had been told it was "his most over-the-top report ever." He reported that High described it as the most horrific report he had issued in 30 years.
Weidner said the report contains both negative projections and "silver linings." High suggests that humanity is about to move into a new phase. The report describes the following developments:
- Consciousness-based devices: Individuals would use their minds to affect devices that contain a life form. High expects a rapid growth of this business.
- Separation of genuine and fraudulent psychics: High expects the online market to separate real psychics from fakes quickly.
- Conscious healing: Hospitals would mainly treat broken bones. Healing would rely on consciousness. High described a bracelet that would exceed any "med bed" concept and remain in contact with the wearer's consciousness to keep the body in balance.
The Gate Program: Origins and Claims
Background
Weidner stated that the Gate Program began to attract public attention three or four years earlier. Former participants began to share their experiences in online chat groups. Weidner said he had not known about such programs. He attended a Catholic school and had no contact with them. He said the programs date back to the early 1950s at least.
Weidner said he and Ryder discussed the subject at length. They concluded that the programs progressed from remote viewing to MK Ultra to the Gate Program. In Weidner's view, the goal is a "psychic society" limited to psychic individuals.
Central Thesis: Testing and Recruiting Children
Weidner's central claim is that the programs test children and select those with psychic ability. The selected children receive special training to increase their abilities. According to Weidner, these children later become politicians, entertainers, corporate leaders, and other influential figures.
Weidner proposed that these individuals form a "hive mind." He offered two examples of this idea:
- News reporters who use identical sentences
- The concept described in Arthur C. Clarke's Childhood's End, in which psychic children form a collective that takes control of the planet
Weidner stated that he believes everyone has psychic ability. In his view, some people are more connected to it than others.
The Trailer and Documentary Details
The documentary features participants who describe their experiences. Weidner stated that the film examines the following topics:
- Testing of children for ESP abilities, starting in 1958
- The Monroe Institute and the Gateway tapes, which some participants compared to their own experiences
- Records that the government allegedly keeps on children "from preschool to your career"
- Use of a "pink drink" with children, as described by a participant
- Use of a relaxation program developed by Thomas H. Budzynski, PhD
The documentary is available on Prime Video.
Weidner said he and producer Ken Schwartz each invested around $20,000 in the project. They do not plan to recover the funds. Writer Lee will retain the full amount. Weidner said the writer "needs a career."
Sputnik and the Federal School System
JC asked why Sputnik triggered a public reaction. Weidner stated that the launch caused alarm in the United States. Americans believed they were the most intelligent nation. He said the Soviets had surpassed them.
He said U.S. school systems at the time consisted of hundreds of thousands of districts. Each district set its own rules and curriculum. Weidner argued that this structure did not prepare children for the industrial state that U.S. leaders planned in the late 1950s. In his account, the response to Sputnik was the creation of a federal school system with required curricula and standards.
Weidner stated that the federal system led to "industrialized" testing of all public school students. He said testing had occurred sporadically before this point. He added that declassified documents show the evolution of legislation on tracking children's school performance. He presented this as evidence that the program was large and widespread.
Why Children?
JC referred to the McCain-Mustard report from the early 2000s. That report emphasized the importance of early childhood, particularly the first seven years, and possibly the first four.
Weidner cited a 1983 Pentagon report. He said the report referred to the Monroe Institute and to developing "psychic warriors." He presented the following claims:
- Psychic ability declines with age. A person is more psychic at 12 than at 22 or 32.
- Psychic ability may "atrophy" as people age, particularly after they start families and face life pressures.
- Authorities therefore seek to identify and manipulate children early.
Weidner described this as a reversal of normal development. He said that children are born with telepathic connection to their mothers. Schools and other institutions, in his view, suppress this ability. The programs, in contrast, identify and develop it. According to Weidner, some children enter these programs without parental consent or knowledge.
Indigenous Children in Canada
JC asked about reports involving Indigenous children in Canada. Weidner said these children often had no parents supervising them. He stated that this made them easier to take. He added that people would not respond strongly to their disappearance.
He proposed that genetic markers may be involved. He said the 1983 Pentagon report discussed genetic markers. He suggested that Native American children may carry such markers more often than others. He presented this as a hypothesis. He cited the case of Navajo trackers in Vietnam, who reportedly lost their tracking ability after cutting their hair. Weidner said the question of how much tracking ability reflects psychic ability remains open.
Montreal and Other Canadian Sites
JC described reports that some Canadian military personnel either were encouraged to send their children to MK Ultra-linked institutions or were required to do so under their contracts. He named McGill University in Montreal and mentioned institutions in Ottawa and Vancouver.
Weidner stated that he had heard these accounts but had not found them in his research. He said the programs were searching for genetic markers, but he did not know their purpose. He said researchers allegedly gave different genetic markers to different people and that the results were probably not positive.
JC said his sources reported that the parents or grandparents of these children had worked in special access aerospace programs. He said this was the cover for the work of contractors such as Lockheed Martin and McDonnell Douglas.
Remote Viewing and Precognition
Weidner stated that remote viewing appears to be a form of precognition. He argued that psychic ability is largely the ability to perceive the future. He cited interviews with survivors of combat in which most of a platoon died. Survivors often reported that they followed their intuition, moved to cover, and experienced a calm, quiet state. He said several survivors gave similar accounts.
He compared this to a psychic state in which individuals know how to escape danger.
Remote Assassination and Remote Interference
Weidner stated that the documentary shows that remote assassination is possible. He cited an interview in which a participant said he had been asked to see whether he could remotely kill Saddam Hussein. The participant said he refused. JC mentioned a Russian woman who reportedly slowed a rat's heart rate during clinical trials. Weidner called the claim disturbing.
Weidner referred to David Cronenberg's 1981 film Scanners, which he described as a depiction of psychic people killing others. He said such training would be a logical military objective.
He also described "remote interference," which he said involves creating a "cloud" to block psychic messages and disrupt thinking. He said this could confuse people and make them feel as though they had taken LSD. He stated that this could explain some unusual behavior. He added that he believes authorities are "messing with us big time."
Weidner described a conversation with a senior intelligence official about ten years earlier. The official reportedly said that people who speak critically are assigned a person to monitor them. Weidner said he began to experience "fog" during interviews about Stanley Kubrick and the moon landing. He said the fog stopped only after he wore a tin foil hat.
JC described similar experiences during livestreams. These included scrambled thoughts or a sensation of choking when discussing sensitive topics. Weidner stated that he sometimes receives ideas from outside his research notes. He said he then wonders "who am I an agent for?" He called this a common experience for him.
Weidner also described the "higher self" as a guide that gives practical direction. He compared it to a window washer on the seventieth floor who sees the broader view below.
Leonard Cohen Interview
Weidner said he had recently conducted an interview with Leonard Cohen's former girlfriend. According to the interview, Cohen participated in MK Ultra experiments at McGill University. The interview identifies Ewen Cameron as the person who tortured him. The interview also states that Cohen could speak lines of actors on television before the actors said them. He allegedly did this for 15 minutes at a time.
The interview further claims that Cohen was present in New York when John Lennon was killed, in London when Jimi Hendrix was killed, and at the Bay of Pigs. Weidner described Cohen as possibly an intelligence agent who posed as a singer. He said the interview received hundreds of comments.
Laurel Canyon and the Music Industry
JC and Weidner discussed the music industry and the activities attributed to Laurel Canyon. JC referenced Marilyn Manson in this context. The speakers did not provide details.
Space Force, Disclosure, and Psychic Programs
Space Force
JC stated that the President had placed programs that had operated outside official oversight for 60 to 70 years under formal government authority. He said this change had upset the contractors that held those programs. He also said the government plans to launch a fleet of about 1,000 ships.
JC described a four-hour interview by AJ on The Wi-Files with Michael Salla about Salla's book The Space Force. Salla reportedly said that the President achieved what John F. Kennedy did not, which was a collaborative space agreement with Nikita Khrushchev. He said the agreement was abandoned after Kennedy's assassination.
Salla argued that the existence of Space Force creates momentum within the military to disclose technologies developed by private contractors. He said this would reduce the gap between supporters and opponents of disclosure. He also said the administration used Space Force to force the issue of disclosure, which would accelerate the process.
JC cited a statement from a military leader about speaking with a soldier on the Moon during the 250th anniversary events. He said officials now discuss the defense of cislunar space and threats from space, including the "Golden Dome."
Weidner stated that he agreed with the general claim that disclosure is accelerating. He said he did not agree with Salla personally. He called Salla unreliable because Salla wrote three books that gave credibility to Corey Goode. Weidner added that Salla had not publicly apologized for this.
JC noted that Salla said in the interview that he had stepped away from certain whistleblowers who lacked credibility. Salla also said most investigators in ufology must separate fact from disinformation. JC said Salla described this work as an intelligence-gathering exercise.
Weidner said he told Salla in the summer of 2017 that Goode was not truthful. He said Salla then contacted Goode directly. Weidner stated that Goode then attempted to have him fired by his employers.
Three Paths to Disclosure
Weidner predicted disclosure through three channels:
- Internet leaks
- Discoveries in space that conventional science has not yet identified
- Artificial intelligence that, while answering questions, would "inadvertently" uncover information that becomes part of disclosure
He said government would not drive this process, except possibly the Space Force.
Psychic Personnel for Space
JC asked whether the children in the programs would eventually be assigned to space work. Weidner said the programs test for several purposes. Aptitudes for space travel, intelligence work, and other roles are assessed separately. He said the programs are developing a psychic force for outer space, which he described as a secret program that may no longer be secret.
Accelerated Technology
JC described Cliff High's view that hidden technologies, developed 20 to 40 years ago, will be released within the next five years. High suggests that this could lead to technology for travel beyond the solar system within five to ten years.
Weidner agreed. He cited Terence McKenna's prediction that "the future was going to happen all at once." He compared this to the change from horse-drawn transport to jet aircraft and said he expects a similar transformation within about five years.
Artificial Intelligence
Weidner gave examples of rapid AI capability growth. He said he is taking a course on AI filmmaking. In two years, he said, a person may be able to produce a feature-length film on a Mac with convincing acting and music. He stated that many people he knows are frightened by AI.
JC described High's Substack post about "super intelligence." High reportedly argued that current AI is flawed because it reflects human flaws. He suggested that a second, more advanced type of AI would supervise the first.
Weidner said that competing AI systems might monitor one another and detect errors. He doubted that an "AI sheriff" could remain uncorrupted. He said he is not concerned about AI taking over the world. He described AI as "just a computer" and "just another tool." He noted that an enterprising person could earn money from AI.
Longevity and Medicine
JC and Weidner discussed reports on life extension:
- A claim that a gene in humans turns off around age 30 and that researchers in China reactivated it.
- A claim that a man in his fifties was treated with the reactivated gene and reversed his biological age by one year for each year of treatment. JC reported that he went from 54 to 53 to 52 to 51.
- A claim that a treatment for liver cancer involves inserting a substance into the liver that grows a new liver within three months.
- A claim that William Tompkins had previously predicted an age-related pill at age 28. Weidner said he believed Tompkins was correct.
Weidner stated that AI would have a larger effect on medicine than on almost any field except war.
Rumors of Long-Lived Individuals
Weidner described rumors, circulating since the late 1970s, of a colony near Bel Air in Los Angeles whose members are over 500 years old. He recounted a story told by an acquaintance who worked for a catering company in Los Angeles. The company instructed its staff to sign nondisclosure agreements before a private party. At the party, a couple who appeared to be about 40 years old were treated with deference by guests.
While looking for another route to the kitchen, the acquaintance viewed photographs in a hallway. The photographs showed the same couple in different decades, including with a 1958 Plymouth and a 1971 Dodge. When the man found her in the hallway, he told her never to return to that hallway. She was dismissed that night.
JC mentioned the series The Bureau, which depicts a retirement community in the desert with very old residents. He said he would send a link.
Film Projects and Future Releases
Cinema Decodes
Weidner and astrologer Astrid plan a decode of Brian De Palma's The Fury (1977), starring Kirk Douglas. Weidner described the film as depicting a government agency developing psychic children into weapons. JC said the decode is planned for the fall. Weidner also described a planned decode of Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut. He said it would address Epstein, Saturn society, Scientology, and other themes that he said the film conceals. It will be a one-off project outside the Kubrick's Odyssey series.
Weidner also stated a theory about Quentin Tarantino. He argued that after Kill Bill, intelligence agencies pressured Tarantino to produce films that promote a belief system. Weidner said Tarantino has rebelled against this pressure. He said Tarantino was asked to make a film about the Manson murders to support the narrative that Sharon Tate was killed by hippies. Weidner stated that the true cause was an MK Ultra operation. He said Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood ends with a fictional outcome that undermines that narrative. He noted that Tarantino has not released a film since that work.
The Invisible Universe
Weidner said his next project is The Invisible Universe, a three-hour film in two 90-minute parts, to be released on Amazon. It features Robert Temple and examines the plasma universe and attempts to explain the supernatural through scientific methods. Weidner said the first part will be released within one month and the second part in April or May.
Recovery of Film Rights
Weidner said he will regain his ten-film collection from Gaia in January or the following year and release the films on Amazon. He said his contract ended. He stated that Gaia's stock fell from 1.31. He estimated that his films generated 10 million for Gaia. He said he can promote the films better than Gaia. He expects to have 15 films available by late March or April.
Moon Landing Trial Show
Weidner described a new television program in which a court with a judge and jury debates whether humans landed on the Moon. Weidner and Jim Fetzer will argue that the landings did not occur as shown. Weidner said production of a TV show takes about six months, so he expects a release in April or May.
Economic Risk and Collapse Scenarios
Financial Reset
JC described a "financial reset" discussed since 2008. He noted that the predicted event has been repeatedly postponed. He said Catherine Austin Fitts in 2009 and 2010 described a slow decline rather than a sudden crash. JC stated that a crash has not occurred as of 2026, but he believes some event is likely.
Four Stages of Collapse
Weidner described four stages of collapse:
- Denial
- Chaos
- The takeover of "strong guys" who are tired of chaos
- The new normal
He said the population may still be in the denial stage and recommended preparation. He advised securing doors and windows and installing blackout curtains. He said chaos would be recognized when store shelves empty. He said the chaos stage could last about 30 days.
During this period, he advised the following:
- Close curtains
- Keep pets quiet
- Turn off lights at night
- Remain still and avoid being seen
He compared predators and humans, citing a Green Beret who said that predators respond to movement. Weidner said that during chaos, people should avoid drawing attention. He also advised people to be ready to negotiate with groups that take control afterward. He said some communities may form cooperative arrangements, while others may be taken over by force.
Current Conditions Cited
Weidner cited the following conditions as evidence of instability:
- A drought in the Midwest that he said left animals without food
- Wildfires in Nebraska that he said destroyed crops
- A continuing war in Iran
- Daily strikes on refineries worldwide, including the Saudi Arabia refinery that he described as the largest in the world
Weidner said these events appeared coordinated. He added that a counter-movement would emerge in response.
JC referred to the Web of Data report, which describes a resurgence of a modern Knights Templar movement. Weidner said he knows people who have joined such groups.
Julian Assange and Possible Disclosures
JC reported that Julian Assange reactivated his Twitter account a month or two earlier. At the start of October, Assange posted a photograph of himself and his pregnant wife with the caption "October surprise." JC asked whether WikiLeaks still held unpublished material.
Weidner said Assange might still hold substantial material. He said Assange had been imprisoned and had reduced his publications. He hoped Assange would rest and avoid further legal trouble. Weidner also said someone could be using Assange's brand without his involvement.
JC referred to reports of "terabytes" of data and a "dead man switch." Weidner did not provide details about these reports.
JC also mentioned recent social media videos and screenshots that purport to show activities on an island involving children. Weidner said information is now difficult to suppress. He credited Elon Musk with restoring free speech on Twitter. He said authorities are increasingly visible in their actions and "squirming." He added that such actions may backfire.
Weidner said some public figures have appearance changes that he finds unexplained. He cited Jeff Bezos, Jim Carrey, a woman he described as appearing at the Oval Office, and a person with an elongated neck. He said he could not explain these appearances. He also cited a person's eye movement as impossible to replicate. He did not provide evidence for these observations.
Midterm Elections
JC said that Manuel Ashenden had predicted significant delays in the midterm elections. JC also said that a psychic reported a possible delay. JC said that he asked Calgaro and Cliff High about the midterms. Both reportedly expected elections to occur. JC said the data suggests a Trump victory.
Weidner stated that he had a personal intuition that the midterms might not occur as scheduled. He said he did not think the Democrats had a credible candidate or leadership. JC referred to a report that Kamala Harris might run again. Weidner said the Democrats had no strong candidates.
Practical Guidance
When JC asked how viewers should respond to current conditions, Weidner recommended the following:
- Use pyramids in living spaces. He suggested placing five or six near the bed and one under the bed for sleep problems.
- Use soft lighting and mild music.
- Avoid horror films, including during the Halloween season.
- Take walks outdoors.
- Eat well.
- Work at tasks one enjoys.
- Spend time with friends and family.
- Maintain a regular workout and meditation practice.
Weidner stated that the world encourages people to focus on crisis and distraction. He said that a balanced routine provides a better basis for stability.
Schedule Notes
JC announced the following upcoming appearances:
- Penny Kelly would appear the following week in the Red October special report series.
- Woo Woo Dude and Joe would appear the week after.
- Ken Schwartz was invited to appear.

- Clips include a participant describing being pulled out of a room by a man in a suit for tone tests in each ear.
- The trailer dates the start of government involvement in public schools to 1958, linked to Sputnik, and identifies gifted and talented children.
- Trailer references the Monroe Institute and Gateway tapes.
- Trailer quotes state that the feds keep a record file on every child from preschool to career.
- Weidner says he and Ken put about $20,000 into the project and will not take it back; the writer keeps the proceeds.
- JC encourages viewers to support the independent documentary via a link in the description.
Sputnik, Federal Schooling, and Industrialized Testing
Weidner says Sputnik caused America to panic, prompting creation of a federal school system with standardized curricula, and that systematic testing of children became industrialized as a result.
- Weidner says Sputnik shocked America, which believed it was the smartest country on Earth.
- He says the US had hundreds of thousands of school districts with separate curricula, which he says did not prepare children for a planned industrial state.
- He claims the federal school system was created after Sputnik with mandatory curriculum and standards.
- He claims testing, previously sporadic, became industrialized for everyone in public schools.
- JC notes declassified documents trace legislation that tracked children's school performance.
- JC references the McCain Mustard report from early 2000 on the importance of early childhood years.
Why Children: Age, Vulnerability, and Genetic Markers
Weidner argues that children are targeted because psychic ability declines with age and that Native children were easy targets due to lack of parental oversight, possibly including genetic markers.
- Weidner references a 1983 Pentagon report on using the Monroe Institute to create psychic warriors.
- He claims psychic ability atrophies with age, so people are more psychic at 12 than at 22 or 32.
- JC argues that schools and religion suppress children's innate psychic abilities.
- Weidner says Native American children were easy prey because they often lacked parents watching them and were seen as less protected.
- Weidner says Pentagon reports discussed genetic markers, and he suggests Native children may have carried such a marker more often.
- He cites the Navajo code talkers losing tracking ability after cutting their hair in Vietnam as an example.
Precognition, Combat Survivors, and Canadian Connections

- JC cites Cliff High's warning that the 'real psychics' will be sorted from fakes online.
Psychic Awakening, Elite Motives, and Threats
Weidner argues that psychic awakening is accelerating and that elites are trying to get ahead of it, possibly by building a psychic force, with the stakes including the survival of art and philosophy against AI.
- Weidner says the number of people who understand what is happening has grown exponentially in recent years.
- He claims elites, including tech billionaires, believe they face a one-time opportunity linked to AI, money, depopulation, and a 'resort planet.'
- He says the struggle is between awake and asleep people and warns that failure could erase art and philosophy.
- Weidner says Terence McKenna told him that psychic people would overwhelm the power system and that the Gate Program may be an attempt to get ahead of this.
- He cites Zbigniew Brzezinski's comment that the public was waking up faster than expected.
- Both speakers say threats against people have become overt, and that economic destruction has left many young men without jobs or homes.
Space Force, Disclosure, and Michael Salla
